In update 2.4 for the Playstation 3 are the trophies going to be the same thing as XBOX 360 achievments? Like, will it be the same goals as the XBOX 360?

I would really like to know this, i know there is no cumulative gamer score based on the dificulty of the Trophies.
We will get 2D trophies under each game and then when Home comes they will go in the tropphy room too.
What i don’t know is whether multi platforms will go have their achievments go across.
And whether they will be for boring stuff like completeing it or for fun random stuff too.
Not much information has been released by SONY, but for the most part the will be like Xbox 360’s achievements. But I have heard that when you complete a Trophy there will also be a video of you completing it for everybody to watch, that would be awesome but not likely.
yes, the trophies is just Sony’s name for achievements, they are unsure how they will be shown to the public, but yes, the same exact ideal…also in-game XMB has also been confirmed for that update, so that might have an option to view other’s trophies in the “recent players” list.
Nobody knows really what to expect. Any answer you get on here saying otherwise, is speculation. Until Sony release, and announce how it works, it is all up in the air.
